We hold a Residential Appliance Installer license and perform appliance hookups (electrical, gas, and water connections) and final testing where permitted by local code; when additional trades are required we coordinate to complete connections safely and to code.
Install cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures with tidy finish work and careful sealing to match your existing decor; we coordinate with licensed trades for specialized connections.
Hang and align interior and exterior doors, fit locks and deadbolts, adjust strikes and thresholds, and ensure smooth, secure operation.
Install transitions, repair small damaged areas, and handle threshold work so flooring changes look seamless and comply with ADA where applicable.
We coordinate access and timing to minimize tenant disruption and leave the site clean.
